0 Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 11vip website and all services offered through it. By accessing or using the 11vip platform, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted all of these Terms.

These Terms have been drawn up in line with the laws and regulations of Bangladesh. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this platform. 11vip reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and users will be notified in a timely manner of any significant changes.

1 Definitions & Interpretation

The following words and terms are used with specific meanings in these Terms:

• "Platform" — The 11vip website (11vip.bar) and all services operating under it.
• "User" / "You" — Any person who has registered on this platform or is using its services.
• "Account" — A user's own registered profile on the platform.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional credit or offer provided by 11vip.
• "Wagering" — The amount of betting required to become eligible to withdraw a bonus.
• "Turnover" — The total amount wagered within a specified period.
• "Deposit" / "Withdrawal" — The process of adding or removing funds from an account.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Limit & Eligibility

To create an account on 11vip and use its services, you must be 21 years of age or older. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. 11vip reserves the right to request identity documents at any time to verify age.

2.2 Account Creation Terms

• Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being closed.
• It is the user's responsibility to ensure that all information provided at registration is accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
• Creating an account using a false identity or another person's information is prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. You are liable for any activity that takes place on your account.
• Transferring, selling, or allowing any third party to use your account in any way is prohibited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

11vip conducts identity verification (KYC) as part of its security and fraud prevention measures. You may be asked to submit a national ID, passport, or other documents before a withdrawal or whenever required. Certain services may be restricted until verification is complete.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Rules

Designated payment methods must be used to deposit funds into 11vip. The platform currently accepts payments via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (by any method).
• Deposited funds must come from your own account — third-party payments are not accepted.
• All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
• Deposit requests are generally processed instantly; however, if there is a delay due to technical reasons, please contact the support team.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if KYC verification has not been completed.
• If fraud is suspected, 11vip reserves the right to temporarily suspend a withdrawal request.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal (see Section 4 for details).

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳22,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳42,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount, calculated on the bonus amount only (not deposit + bonus).

• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• The contribution rate toward the wagering requirement may differ depending on which game category bets are placed in.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own time limit — any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Multiple bonus offers may not apply at the same time.
• Bonuses must be used for genuine gameplay — if bonus abuse is found, the account may be terminated.
• 11vip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Terms for special promotional offers will be announced separately.

5 Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play Policy

11vip is firmly committed to fair play. The platform uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) to keep the outcome of every game neutral and unpredictable. Any form of cheating or system manipulation is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using bots, automated software, or strategic systems to play.
• Collusive cheating or working with other players to deceive the system.
• Bonus abuse or operating multiple accounts under the same individual.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Participating in money laundering or any illegal financial activity.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection or technical error, 11vip will determine the outcome of that game in accordance with standard rules. If the user's own internet connection or device is responsible for such issues, 11vip is not obligated to provide any compensation.

6 VIP Program & Rewards

The 11vip VIP Program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. You can move up to a higher tier through regular play.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.5%.

7 Responsible Gaming

9 Account Closure & Restrictions

9.1 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. Before making the request, please withdraw all eligible balances remaining in your account.

9.2 Closure by 11vip

11vip may temporarily or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Bonus abuse or operating multiple accounts.
• Exploitation of technical errors.
• An order from a court or regulatory authority.

If there is a valid balance at the time of account closure and no breach of terms has occurred, the user will be given the opportunity to make a withdrawal.

10 Limitation of Liability

11vip is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including:

• Changes to game outcomes caused by internet disconnection.
• Failure of third-party software or services.
• Issues with your own device or network.
• Service unavailability during server maintenance or emergency downtime.

Any winning amounts incorrectly displayed due to a technical error may be voided. 11vip will endeavour to keep such occurrences to a minimum.

12 Changes to Terms and Conditions & Enforceability

11vip reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Users will be given timely notice of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining terms and conditions will remain in full effect even without that provision.

These terms and conditions are written in Bengali and are to be interpreted under the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Any disputes will first be sought to be resolved through discussion.
